Buddy, if your mind can create stress, it can also create Bliss. One only has to learn how to harness the mind. Mind is like this one big tape recorder; it registers everything through sensory perception. Then plays and replays; If I can create a certain distance between my mind and body, THEN the True game begins. Body never lies; it tells you when you are sleepy, hungry or need to crap. Mind takes you on a wild chase.

Thanks for this insightful post. I am reading a book titled the courage to be disliked by Fumitake Koga and Ichiro Kishimi. The entire book is a dialogue between a philosopher and a youth in search of happiness. I won't explain much about it 😂.

The book talks about Alderian Psychology. It says that we should not focus on the cause of events for example on the cause of our stress, rather we should focus on the way forward for example finding a way to get rid of the stress. In short it says that what we do not change, we choose. We have the power to change our percepective to whatever we want.

When I read your post I remembered the book. I recommend it if you haven't read it. 😂

Thanks again for this insightful post.
